Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

In majority of cases I use Apollo for compiling the list of target companies that have the high buy interest. It has great filters that help me to search for the opportunities that I really need. At the same time when the list is ready I can easily cherry pick the right person of contact and Apollo provides a huge base of company employees for each company. I also noticed that in comparison with other tools like PitchBook and RocketReach, Apollo has the most up-to-date contacts. Still, ocasionally some of them are not correct.

  • Refining if the company is private / public is available, but not easy to find intuitively
  • Maybe Apollo could make automatic suggestions for the keywords while researching the industries
  • Sometimes when I click on the website - the links are not safe, my computer once stopped fully and I was afraid it could be the very dangerous computer virus
  • Expanded the list of leads
  • Better contact info
  • Less time taken to find other contact details to replace the undeliverable contacts
It is great, but I think there are a lot of features that I have never tried in order to evaluate the platform to the full extend. The wording is accessible, but there are several functions that I did not understand (did not really need them, but good they are available).
I am still using those, some platform have better features than others, but overall if I had to use only one product for the business - it would be Apollo, because it seems to have the golden middle and the best quality of the information. Maybe for the investor research PitchBook would be more efficient though.

Apollo is great for the research of people, companies and looking for potential leads. I like the option to set up scores to quickly see which prospects are most likely to convert directly in search results, it helps to understand the base of leads better. But as for investor research - it is less appropriate.
