Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

Apollo is probably the best tool that I've come across to boost my sales. I used to spend countless hours on Google searching for potential leads, but with Apollo, it saves me a lot of time. I can focus on other things. This is a game-changing platform. Must-use for every entrepreneurs

Apollo.io made our outreach so much easier. We no longer need 4–5 different tools. Everything’s in one place. It saves us time, keeps things organized, and helps us find and contact leads faster. It just works, and that’s why we keep using it. Simple, powerful, and super convenient. Though the pricing is a bit steep.
Apollo.io has saved us tons of time. The AI helps find the right leads faster, auto-generates solid email drafts, and even follows up without us lifting a finger. What used to take hours each day is now mostly automated, giving us more time to focus on closing deals and strategy.
The platform is intuitive, and most features are easy to navigate even for first-time users. Lead search, sequencing, and enrichment are smooth. The only reason it’s not a 10 is that some advanced features need a bit of a learning curve and quite slow when I am doing quite a few searches. The most annoying thing is whenever I want to view a company, the entire page refreshes.

It's quite solid for cold outreach. Apollo might work well for all types of businesses, be they service-based or product-based. Though their data is quite up to date and solid, there are many companies where we couldn't find any email addresses, and also some industries cannot be searched using the filter.
