Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

Email sequencing, email prospecting, cold outreach, warm outreach, crm.

Cons

  • Updated contact info for prospects
  • A little pricy when adding more credits
  • Allows me to cover more ground to gain contact information
Allows me to send emails without even thinking about them. I can run different a/b tests to see what emails are getting opened more
Very easy to use, especially if you hop on one of the live trainings. Not that hard to figure out even if you don't.
I researched what would be best for small medtech startups and Apollo.io was the top choice. The other's begin to get too pricey for advanced features. For a little over $100/month, you can get a lot done with Apollo.io. I have not used the others so I can't really compare too much.
