Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

I am using Apollo.io effectively and most time getting the accurate connect and information from the tool itself. Most common business problem is to get the right stakeholders connect which Apollo.io has addressed very well. We are using Apollo.io for sales to generate qualified leads for organisation. Overall good experience with Apollo.io.

Pros

  • Most of time accurate stakeholder and its contact.
  • Sequence which help automate connect with customer based on schedule.
  • Filters that are help to identified the desired industries searching.
  • Analytics to identify and bridge the gaps.

Cons

  • Some of time it happens that right stakeholders' mobile seems not available in which improvement can help more accurate data.
  • Notifications when someone opens the marketing email and showing the interest.
  • Mobile application that will help us during the travelling. It will get very easy to log calls and find the contacts on the way.
  • There is no negative impact for us.
  • For ROI, upper management is measuring it.
  • We just allow to use it. But doesn't identified any negative impact by using this tool.

Notification of pending tasks and upcoming tasks on email also help us to remind every day to complete it. We also appreciate being able to fetch accurate direct contact details quickly, enrich CRM records, and execute outreach seamlessly from LinkedIn using Apollo.io’s Chrome extension which making sequencing much easier and saving “so much time” in the prospecting phase.
The platform’s user friendly interface and integration options minimize ramp up time for new team members, further enhancing operational efficiency. Automatic suggestion of leads and Analytic based recommendations help us the high-potential accounts which ensuring for us less time is wasted. Overall agreeing with the usage of Apollo.io for my organisation.
Apollo.io has all features of prospecting, outreach automation including email sequences, campaign tracking, lead scoring, and analytics in one interface which enables sales persons to manage their entire sales funnel without having any other extra tool. Another benefit is for pricing related which has been understand from our management team.

I already recommended this tool to another organisation where they have enquired about which tool you are using. Those who want to really track their efforts and tasks and follow ups as well automation with combine analytics, this tool will become extended arm for your business.
