Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

Needed to build a pipeline of potential Organizations -NonProfits that I could email and see if they would be interested in our service. Scope Location - USA.

Pros

  • Nothing.

Cons

  • Validating the email addresses.
  • Gathering updated information.
  • Being able to build a list better instead of the exclusion of titles.
  • Limiting emails that go out is super annoying.
  • I got nothing from Apollo- no good responses.
  • in my experience Apollo is waste of money and time.
bad.
It was ok - I used ChatGPT instead.
Overall - I don't see the value, and I am better off finding a better platform.
I think the platform is more user-friendly, and the data is more concise.

Not happy with the time it takes to build a list and to exclude titles - very time-consuming. Not happy with the limits on how many emails can be sent out. Not happy with the spam I am getting currently from the warmup process of Apollo.
