Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

We use Apollo.io as our primary prospecting and outbound platform, it help us identify the right decision-makers in our target companies and to get their correct contact details which helps reduces our manual research time. The main problem it solves is basically wrong details and inconsistent lead quality with the help of Apollo.io, we can segment prospect based on industry, company, size, geography, and other variables which help us to build a highly targeted list for our customers. We also use it for sequencing and we also use it integration capabilities to run multichannel marketing campaigns that would be email and LinkedIn with the help of our CRM and other marketing tools.

It has helped a lot as automation helps in reducing the manual efforts and time and makes the overall outreach process super effective. All-in-one interface is cost effective also as when we compared the pricing in comparing multiple tools cost. It also helps the markting team by giving better insignts and reports as everything is in one platform.
Yes, the ai tools to research and meeting follow-ups helps in saving time and also reduce no-shows during client meetings which increases the customer count and leads to more revenue.
Apollo.io is an amazing tool and it helps us a lot in many ways. Im giving 9 right now as it can improve a little more.
