Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io
We use Apollo.io to prospect for specific individuals within an organisation and gather information about their roles, especially those with decision-making powers. This helps us understand the current business flow. Essentially, we’re using Apollo.io as MNA advice to identify the right people in the organisation to discuss strategic initiatives and use cases. These use cases could include consolidating all the data into a single CRM tool or an Excel sheet, depending on our processing needs. This data will then be integrated into our built-in system.
Pros
- It helps you find the contact details for the right decision maker within an organisation.
- It helps you prospect for particular departments, sectors, geography, and other broader demographics to filter from.
Cons
- There are certain features about prospecting that require updates. For example, if people switch organisations, it should be automatically requesting the new email or new contact data for a particular contact in order to be updated in the system
- The lead databases that are created if their new addition should automatically be updated in the list that I created with Apollo.io
- Apollo.io has helped me find a good set of new target audience for the business that I am in, essentially helping me build a prospective line and grow my lead database by 25 to 30% where I lack a certain skill
- The Apollo.io quality of the data that it has is significantly better through other competitors like Lusha and others
- In terms of the revenue increase, there have been certain instances where I have found a new acquirer that essentially I would not have found in a general scenario and that has help me generate from the new identified lead
While I might not be using the entire suite of features that Apollo.io offers I am fairly interested in the features that I use that are usually the data enrichment finding prospective leads and also storing the data in a certain format that is easily integrated with my CRM tools, Excel or other tools that I use for day-to-day communication, I would have want to try the automated outreach functions with Apollo.io and see how the entire peace function for me.
It has saved me a significant amount of time by finding me the right sort of target audience in the shortest time possible, so it would be as simple as scrolling over LinkedIn and finding something interesting. I do not have to click another button and use the Apollo.io extension to find out their email or save them to a list where I can then go on and prospect or send them emails about any deals or opportunities which I see according to this.
In terms of Apollo.io, the easiest part is its integration and versatility in handling data. LinkedIn NAVIGATOR, on the other hand, is also a decent tool, but it’s significantly more expensive than Apollo.io and Lusha, especially when considering a decent set of data. However, it’s somewhat incomplete when compared to Apollo.io.
