Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

To get leads and ontact infortmation from Various companies and prospect leads. Often times these emails are hidden on LinkedIn profiles and other places, and Apollo helps us to be able to find them. We're typically looking for people in specific industries with a specific number of companies or revenue bands, which Apollo helps us find.

Pros

  • Accurately sources contact information, including email and phone number.
  • Help send automated sequences if I want to automate certain processes of my lead generation.
  • Provides an easy-to-use database that I can easily find existing and new contacts in

Cons

  • Sometimes it's hard to add a new contact, and the details can be a little bit cumbersome to add.
  • Sometimes, when going through files with multiple lines of contacts or details, the site can be slow to load.
  • Double-edged sword, but sometimes the security features to log in are annoying with 2FA and others.
  • I was able to book more meetings without spending additional time to book them.
  • ICP targeting improved by 20% over a six-month period.
  • Was able to book about five meetings a week.
It allows us to go into one source of truth and see everything in one place without having to send around links and other files. Everything lives in one place.
I have not used a specific feature, so I can't comment on it.
Like mentioned in previous statements, overall it's very easy to use, and it's nice that everything lives in one place. Some of the speed can be slow, and some tasks can be cumbersome, but overall it's quite good and easy to use.

Apollo is much better than lemlist because it gives you more comprehensive offerings in terms of CRM, automated messages, and the UI is much easier and better.
