Overall Satisfaction with Apollo.io

Apollo.io was utilized by me only. My business is in talent acquisition and Apollo.io was a great tool to find business leaders' information. These are tools that platforms like LinkedIn cannot provide so it was nice to be able to streamline this process in identifying the correct information. It was helpful using the extension to scrub information from business websites and LinkedIn profiles.

Pros

  • Displaying information effectively
  • Transparent regarding updates
  • Providing easy to use UX

Cons

  • Pop ups are a bit annoying
  • Filters and scroll downs can be awkward and in the way
  • Increase impact for completing business objectives
That was ok. It is nice to have that but was not looking to replace our current CRM so this part of Apollo.io was not utilized. It was something that would then require more work outside of our main CRM.
It saved time in obtaining the right information for outreach.
There are some annoying things like pop up messages and the scroll down and filters had some issues with the way it's designed. I do however like the fact that it would save the spot you were in so you didn't have to start a search over if you were to move through a sequence.

Apollo.io was great in providing strong data - it was useful for finding work emails and direct lines. When there was bad info, it was easy to let them know it was inefficient information. The job postings were some what up to date, I would say it was 70-80% accurate.
