Appian is used across the whole organization to automate workflows and processes for end users as well as company's mission critical processes related to IT administration, management and support.
- Intuitive web interface to manage the system
- Easy to deploy the packages and do system administration
- Excellent logging facility
- We have an issue with the automated Appian import tool which Appian does not want to fix because they feel that it's a lot of work as the issue is related to a java limitation
- During package import/inspect there is no indication of the progress. It would be nice to have percent scale or something to provide a feedback to the administrator
- Faster and safer deployment of IT processes
- Better customer service
