Overall Satisfaction with Appian

The support is quite good, sometimes the more difficult or new items to be solved take too long (i.e. Integration with large document systems).
We use Appian to manage complex business processes (lending is one of the examples). It is used end to end from customer enrollment to disbursement.
  • Transparency of the process for all users
  • Queue management
  • Times to yes amd time to cash improvement
  • Too much hard coding needed if small changes need to be made (input fields in a screen,...)
  • Difficult to upload multiple documents at once
  • Great improvement in TTY and TTC
  • Very good integrator for large data summaries and further integration
We love Appian as a process automation tool. It helped with reducing time to cash in one particular process to 1/3 of the initial baseline. It can also be used for very simple automatons and fast integrations.
