Overall Satisfaction with Appian BPM

We use Appian to retire old mainframe applications and to create new ones including a possible retail app. It is used by different organizations within my company.

Pros

  • Easy to develop
  • Provide community and technical support
  • Low code better to review

Cons

  • Administration training for when problems arise
  • Is at times too complex
Not suited well to pull lots of data as it impacts the platform.
