Overall Satisfaction with Appian BPM

Appian is being used in First Republic for integration projects to minimize manual operations. It solves some of our manual and often tedious procedures to transform them into something quick and simple.
  • User interface is slim and user friendly.
  • Integrating to legacy systems via API.
  • Low code base.
  • Mobile experience.
  • More UI readily available templates.
  • More free trainings... At least for basic topics so more users can come onboard.
  • It makes heavy manual tasks automated.
  • Custom reports help look at discrepancies quickly and get addressed easily.
  • Task tracker is helpful in managing team work.
Operational activities that follow standard patterns can be easily made straight through processing through Appian. One off requests or rare requests don't offer much value to buck.
