[Applied Epic] is our agency management system everyone uses.

- Interacts well with Office 365
- Can only run reports to search fields in the Auto & Home app
- Contacts cannot be copied into other companies
- Cannot make adjustments to disbursements once started
- Drag & Drop capability from Outlook
- Storage of all data in one place
- With Epic online users can work from home.
- We were able to reduce IT expenses
- Allowed users to start working from home when Covid started
We upgraded from [Applied] Tam to [Applied] Epic as we were needing new servers. The cost was a huge factor and the fact that Applieds data is backed up by them and updates are done by them, it was a huge cost and time saver for us.
