- Ideas portal - the external view compared to Aha! is lacking, so much so we've had to keep some lite Aha! Seats as an external-facing ideas portal is critical.
- It reduced licensing costs.
- Shorter time to value when rolling out a wide-reaching company-wide project governance tool.
- Faster planning cycles.

Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - Starting slow with only core use-cases, then building out from there, as replacing legal processes via ppt/xls took a long time.
