- More dynamic options for resource forecasting including applying seasonality
- More robust linkage with ERP for resource detail management
- Lower administrative burden on product teams. The "team" nature of resource manager saves a significant amount of admin time for our Product teams when managing resources and their alignment
- Lean processes for labor management. Simplifying time entry to very few tasks, and enabling time entry at a team level streamlines the representation of work and cuts back on wasted time churning through admin activities
We are still in the midst of integrating Apptio Targetprocess into multiple systems, but at this time it serves as the heartbeat of our IT Product structure. Apptio Targetprocess unlocks the ability to recognize and manage work at a Product level, while allowing granularity within teams where needed. Ultimately, we are able to represent IT work at an understandable level to our leadership, while presenting minimal disruption to our Product Teams
