We are using cost transparency and have started to implement IT Planning. We are looking to provide a greater level of transparency for the business on our IT costs and to gain greater control over our budgeting and forecasting.

We use IBM Apptio to recharge monthly invoices by user to Business Inits. We also do our yearly MTP and quarterly LE budgets. We feed this info back to EIT SLT and BUs.

  • Easily creates budgets and rolling forecasts

In our organization,We are using Costing and planning modules. Main issues are with reporting, visualizations and for planning part Labor planning is very inconvenient due to separate tabs for existing and planned, users have to jump between these tabs, don't have combined view of actual and planned FTEs in one sheet.
