Overall Satisfaction with Arcserve Backup
Arcserve was the solution we chose to backup and restore our company's critical data. It was used across the entire organization.
- Arcserve allowed us to manage the data in all our of our locations with ease.
- Very stable product. No crashes, no rebuilds, reinstalls, etc.
- The online community/knowledge base is lacking
- The learning curve is a bit high.
- I can't say that it had any ROI, because that term is misused by most businesses, marketers, etc.. Did purchasing it literally make us any money? No. Only true investments make money. However, because we used Arcserve, we no longer had to worry about data loss and we were happy with the purchase price.
Backup Exec, Yosemite, Acronis. Arcserver is the best of the bunch.
