Overall Satisfaction with Arena

My whole company uses Arena. We use it for creating all our part numbers, routing all ECO's and CO's, employee training with and without a quiz, supplier approval process, In-coming inspections, CAPA, Complaints and NCMRs.
  • Easy routing of ECO's along with e-mail notification.
  • Nice Dashboard to be able to make searching easier.
  • Easy part number creation.
  • I would like to see department name next to employee's name.
  • I would like to be able to add an attachment to a ECO review, like a e-mail.
  • When creating a Supplier I don't want to have to complete the whole supplier fields at one time.
  • Great for gathering data for management reviews.
  • Great for Project data.

I do enjoy Arena and it's easy to use. It is more difficult for some users that don't use it as often and I tell them it's either use it or lose it. it's something that has to be used at least weekly to stay in tune with everything. I do think the yearly pricing is a bit costly.
The application is overall easy to use for the users that use it all the time. The other employees that hardly use it do have more difficulty and I just work with them on whatever help they may need.
None of the other systems I've used show up in the listing. I didn't select Arena, it was chosen before I because an employee at Pulse.
I think Arena is a great tool for any quality system. I like how there are several video's that help when you get stuck in a area that you need to figure out. Customer Service is really quick to respond to all questions and is there to help, that is a big help for us.

I don't understand how a training license isn't added when other licenses are purchased.
