Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

Articulate 360 is a key software for us as it allows us to create rapid e-learning not only in Storyline but also gives us the ability to create mobile first solutions easily with Rise.
  • You have the ability to create a variety of courses easily with the vast array of tools provided.
  • The asset library is extremely handy.
  • The pre-made templates make the creation process for new instructional designers extremely easy.
  • I think a lower yearly price would be a big help for independent freelancers.
  • Having a bank of Rise templates available.
  • More graphical assets in the content library would be useful.
  • Has provided a solution to carrying out a review process.
  • Gives the ease and flexibility to create both high quality e-learning for desktop and mobile first.
  • The content library has provided a reduced need for stock photography purchases.
I personally prefer Storyline over Captivate as it is a very easy interface to work with and I can create as simple or complex builds as I wish easily.
If you are a new instructional designer with an existing knowledge of PowerPoint, then this makes an entrance into the industry far easier. Articulate has provided a well-rounded solution for individuals and organisations to produce great rapid e-learning.
