Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We need to be able to create training easily for our staff, and make it mobile-first as 90% of staff use phones or ipads to completed
  • Many options for custom training
  • easy to show stakeholders for review
  • RISE allows us to create duplicates for sight variation between business units and departments where only minor changes are needed
  • The layering can be fairly complex to create so takes a bit of training to get used to making all the triggers work correctly
  • Quiz customisation
  • Embedding
  • The Ability to test on multiple devices
  • The ability to create training quickly
  • The look of training is consistent and high quality when build in Articulate

It works really well for our needs, as we often have new products and services that users quite training for on a quick turn around to co-ordinate with launches. For larger projects it allows us to get that complexity and create something a little more engaging when the subject is maybe a little dry to help make it interesting and less like reading and a quiz.
