Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My team and I use Articulate 360 to create DoD agency-wide training on varied topics and track our student completions within our LMS.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Addressing accessibility concerns and user-tools for 508 compliance
Delivering new tools to address the growing change in adult learner needs
Communicate effectively to Articulate community regarding issues, troubleshooting, and continued support.

Cons

My team would greatly appreciate the data-model-id provided somewhere in Storyline to help facilitate/support JavaScript.
Closed captions - we would love if captions provided an opportunity to toggle to the text alignment to ensure ease of use for those with accessibility issues.
Could we have a POC at Articulate who could address connectivity issues with our government J6 (IT) department when navigating security issues that prevent updates or specific functionality?

Return on Investment

Articulate 360 provides our agency cost savings by developing on-demand training for a geo-diverse workforce and streamlines training needs with timely development.
360 enables our eLearning designers to create courses and information for users with accessibility needs and meets FedRamp requirements.

My agency uses Articulate 360 to develop engaging coursework for our workforce, but we also use Studio for rapid training creation. We also leverage Review 360 to engage our customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to assess whether training needs are being met in a timely manner and within established milestones.

Integrated AI

Until AI is FedRamp, our Agency developers are unable to fully leverage the benefits of these features.

Usability

The suite offers usable functionality for those with all levels of development knowledge.
