Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate 360 for rapid eLearning development for Product features and benefits as well as sales skills. It makes reviewing content across a global team much easier and more streamlined while also giving up the traceability we need.

Pros

  • Easy collaboration and review
  • Ability to make Branded and templated designs across a team with a click
  • Rapid eLearning development

Cons

  • Limited design ability
  • I wish there was an easier back or redo button
  • I would love the ability to add blocks easier to the bottom of a screen vs dragging them to where they are needed
  • Rapid development within Rise has decreased our creation time and cost
  • We can cover more projects with less people
Unfortunately, for us, due to using Mac's and our companies heavy security we can not use the AI assistant. These features would be great but are not utilizable for all customers.
My company has blocked the use of this feature but if available in the future I look forward to rapid pictures and block development. The ability to create a quiz for a non-SME would also be a game changer.
Articulate 360 is easy to use and train on which helps our onboarding for new team members.

Yes

Rise is easy to use and easy for quick development but is limited in what it can do interaction wise. However, several of our team members are on Mac's and the lack of Storyline for Mac prevents us from fully using all the features of the suite.
