Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

Create policy related courses for Trust and Safety. It allows us to create e-learnings we can escalate in high escale, with high quality, solving issues related to ILT capacity.

Pros

  • Flexibility to create pretty much anything we need (storyline)
  • text-to-speech
  • Good looking quickly created materials in Rise

Cons

  • Variables are still a bit of extra work
  • Rise can't copy paste blocks between courses, so if we want to use a section in another course we have to create it again.
  • I'd like to see the AI grammar/spelling check available for the whole lesson or course, instead of block by block
  • Faster training creation
I love Rise for quick training material creation, and where it's limited storyline comes up for the details and creativity. Review is helpful but still something stakeholders need to get used to.
Faster course creation and help to get the kick start for new ideas.
Storyline is still a bit hard for new users.

It's well suited for complex courses or ideas, you can get amazing materials looking exactly the way you want them to.
Less appropriate when processes with vendors are needed, like translation, as it can be one extra layer to go through and teach them/give access.
