Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Storyline 360 to create interactive and engaging eLearning courses for a variety of clients. From those that want simple, basic course builds to those who are looking for something more visual and dynamic, Articulate 360 is able to meet us where we're at. It's especially useful for implementing multimedia options, like Vyond videos when building out branching scenarios.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Visually appealing design
  • Informative eLearning heroes forum

Cons

  • The French AI audio has a bug where it will insert random gibberish at the end of files
  • Unable to use layers within layers due to complicated triggers
  • Random reverting files to previous states that wipeout changes
  • More accessible courses
Rise 360 and Storyline are what our organization uses in particular depending on what our client would like.
I can't say we've ever used this feature, other than for AI French audio.
Easy enough to use, but there are tricks to learn when it comes to glitching and triggers.

Yes

There are definitely areas of improvement with random bugs that wipe out changes and override updates, the AI feature that needs some tweaking, and hard to use triggers when it comes to layered screens (with more layers on those screens). But it's an easy to use, simple design that can be upscaled if you need it to be.
