Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I use Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise to work with a number of clients - each has a different need and love the flexibility that I have to choose from these two products to fit their needs. I use Storyline to create SCORM files that sync into our LMS Canvas. These interactives are created for more engaging materials for USA Swimming Coaches.

I always use the Review 360 to send clients/colleagues their revisions. This allows me to have one link that is automatically updated whenever I send a new one. I enjoy the ease of having all of the different versions in one place where we can see what has changed.
I have not had a good experience with AI through Articulate. The images I have tried to generate to meet clients needs were severely flawed and unusable.
It depends on the product - Rise is 10/10 easy, but I have had a lot of trouble learning Storyline

Creating Rise modules are easy and flexible, however I have had some issues with integrations for things like Navattic due to the size of the screen. Also, I have noted that font sizes are a little small for me, which means each block I have to go to and change it. The worst feature is the lack of find/replace and have had to manually go through to update entire courses due to rebranding.
