Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We primarily use Articulate Rise for content creation. Our product changes frequently, so Rise makes it really easy to create fun, engaging content very quickly. We love all the different blocks and options to customize it to our organization. We also use Storyline to create more complex interactives, such as software walkthroughs and assessments.

Pros

  • Customizations via variables and triggers in Storyline
  • Various blocks to add interactivity quickly in Rise
  • Review 360 makes it really easy for stakeholders to leave feedback

Cons

  • I would like to see more customizations in Rise. It would be great to have options to add a theme color palette, so we can add secondary branded colors without having to put hex codes in every time.
  • It would be great for Articulate to be compatible with Mac. I currently use Parallels so it can be a bit slow.
  • More accessible course creation
  • Articulate 360 allows us to provide more offerings to customers
We primarily use Rise but embed Storyline blocks and use Review360 for feedback. We also use Storyline to create software walkthroughs so our customers can apply what they learned.
I haven't had a chance to use AI Assistant much but I did find the image generation feature to be really cool. I'm also curious about the quiz generation feature. It would make my job a lot easier by providing quiz question recommendations so I dont have to think of them from scratch.
Overall, Articulate 360 offers a great suite of products, and it's fairly easy to use.
I've found Articulate 360 to be a lot easier to use than Adobe Captivate. What makes it easier is the layout is similar to Microsoft Powerpoint, which I'm very familiar with.
