Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I use Articulate to address gaps in our current training program by creating content in an efficient manner. Articulate enables me to use AI to streamline my design processes and allows me to save time. This is especially important because I'm the sole instructional designer for an organization of over 12,000.

Pros

  • The closed captioning process is much more user friendly than other authoring tools.
  • The use of AI is industry-leading

Cons

  • There should be an ability to use AI to auto-generate closed captioning. This would save so much time because it would eliminate a step in my process.
  • Efficiency with the software has allowed me to focus on other tasks while saving time.
Using Storyline with Review360 has been a game-changer. It's a perfect solution compared to the alternative authoring tools. This has saved me countless hours of exporting SCORM packages/uploading to LMS/rinse and repeat until the review cycle is completed.
Faster content creation, as well as graphics is key. I also use different AI software for VOs
It's much better than competitors.
There's no comparison. Captivate is 10 years behind Articulate.

Compared to Captivate, Articulate 360 is leaps ahead. I wish I had started using it sooner to save many headaches.
