My 360 Review
Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
A part of our org, uses it for sales enablement, partner, and employee training. Business problems include upskilling, sales pitch practice, and soft skill/leadership development.
Pros
- Suggests alternate ways of presenting text
- Enables rapid development
- Short ramp from learning to using.
- Has an amazing support community and infrastructure.
Cons
- For the AI features, the tool is lacking in allowing a variety of content types to be uploaded as source content for AI generation.
- I've never been a fan of the navigation in the editor - it's sometimes hard to know if you are editing and/or looking at a preview of a specific feature.
- Decreased training costs
- Simple publishing so from creation to implementation increases velocity and TTM.
We truly only use 360 and recently AI Assistant and it's always been efficient but the AI assistant take it to a new level - facilitating content creation based on OUR content, so it's relevant, safe, and reliable.
In the past I used Storyline and I loved the flexibility and power to transform and enhance functionality in a course.

Faster course creation because it provides a starting point and really helps non-traditional content developers and ESL workers with a way to write more effectively and with more confidence.
We use both so it's less of a competing element than comparison. 360 stacks up fairly well as a knowledge transfer tool. LEAi allows importing of a wider range of file formats and also publishes to a wider range of outputs.
As an end-to-end product, 360 does what it does very well but you know you are viewing a 360 course immediately.
