Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I am a corporate trainer and use Articulate 360 for product knowledge training. It's a great way to provide information in an engaging and interactive way. Whether it's a new hire who needs all the information or an update to an existing process for tenured employees, Articulate 360 is effective. It's easy to use and update material. I like the feature to send a project to people for feedback before publishing it. I've been using Articulate 360 for about 2 years and I'm impressed with the continuous updates and improvements they make.

Pros

  • Easy to update projects
  • Templates to get you started
  • Can copy blocks to easily use in other projects

Cons

  • Formatting text and spacing
I only have experience with Rise.
There is a wealth of options but as a newer user it's hard to know what is available. It's not as intuitive as it could be.
