Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
In our company, we constantly use this platform to keep all the informational and learning material used by all employees and new employees in the form of mentoring organized. For our technology services company, it is relatively important to maintain complete training in the areas of our company, so that our developers can have better skills when working together and offering services to clients. We use Articulate 360 to be able to manage the courses and mentoring that our employees use, create informational material and mechanisms so that our employees have a fun and collaborative learning experience.
Pros
- I love being able to fully prepare the learning material through recordings and narrations, this is relatively important because I can explain in detail the learning that will be had in each module of a course for our employees, this way it will be much easier to learn and advance in each module.
- Employees can organize themselves and have a joint learning, where they can share ideas, receive feedback, receive brainstorming, share their progress in taking a course and much more.
- It gives us a real-time view of all the training that a new employee and a former employee has had. This feature is the most important because I can be 100% aware of each employee's performance and the knowledge they have obtained in a specific time.
Cons
- The AI system doesn't work as well, sometimes it's not able to automatically create diagrams to present a course idea.
- Another feature that is a bit noticeable is that Articulate 360 doesn't have a wide variety of templates to be able to create content, that means that if you try to create a recorded and narrated learning process for your employees, you'll have many limitations regarding the available templates.
- We have improved the onboarding of new employees, allowing them to gain IT knowledge that was sometimes not so efficient.
- Our current employees have received better knowledge thanks to the courses we have presented through Articulate 360.
- The joint learning has favored our employees to have better interaction and learning in the short and long term.
I have used all of these technologies offered by creating my own learning material through recordings and narration for my employees, and I have also used Storyline to create interactive courses in which our employees can have a comfortable experience when taking the learning material provided by us. Overall, the Articulate Apps have worked together for our company to allow us to offer a variety of learning to our employees.
The AI of this program has not worked properly for me, we have had deficiencies when creating content quickly, sometimes it generates content that is very different from what we asked for and with images that are very little associated with the subject of the course.
