Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate to build trainings and guides for the business. We aim to fill knowledge gaps and educate on new processes or functionality.

Pros

  • Ease of use - very user friendly experience
  • RISE incorporates interactive sections to boost engagement
  • Storyline allows us to pull in video and animation to create very professional trainings.

Cons

  • New, different templates in RISE
  • Can variables be made easier?
  • More text to speech options would be great
  • More engagement across teams
  • Improved change management
  • More structure and standardization in learnings
We use both Storyline and RISE, mainly separately. As we are early in our journey, we have just begun to load courses to our LMS. We also will send direct links to people. It’s been a great experience so far!
I haven’t used AI assistant yet.
Very easy to use, and there is a lot of training material available

Articulate is great for both complex training topics and easier topics. The options between Storyline, microlearnings, and full courses can be adjusted to make nearly anything easily digestible for users. Even onboadinhs can be easily created and tracked using these tools.
