Use Cases and Deployment Scope

From compliance to clinical we are currently converting all of our non simulation based Captivate courses to Rise. This has sped up development and reduced the time needed for edits. The constant improvements to Rise are very encouraging regarding what new possibilities will be available to us. The addition of AI tools looks very promising.

Comprehensive Platform

We are just beginning our journey with Articulate within the last year. Currently, we are using Rise to convert many of our legacy from Captivate to Rise. We look forward to diving deeper into Storyline in the near future. we will be uploading all of our Rise content to a new LMS we are transitioning to which is workday learning.

Integrated AI

I am incredibly impressed with the use of AI for voice and really appreciate the addition of this into Rise at the per block level. The quality of the voices is unmatched in any of the tours I have previously used especially the robotic voices I was previously using an Adobe captivate. I really appreciate this AI feature.

Usability

I didn’t need to use any of the companies tutorials to get started at Rise and that tells me everything I need to know. I was able to get up and running within the first day and then have my courses looking even better within the first week. By the end of the first month, I can Twitter myself a medium to high-level user at this point already.

Use Rise for quickly getting a demo course up and running. if you have a small team or a team unfamiliar with development tools this is absolutely the way to go and courses will look consistent and clean. Use Storyline for deeper needs like gamification. Anything else that you need to do that Rise can’t handle it appear Storyline has the capability to tackle you learn the basics.
