Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate for training. Lots of micro learning for small changes and weekly lineups. And then regular course for new hires and continuing education modules.

Pros

  • Color scheme in rise
  • Use of storyline
  • When copy pasting text in rise to automatically import in design font and text size
  • Decreased training cost
  • Ease of content creation
  • More team members engaged
Use Ai assistant for knowledge checks. This makes my job 10 times faster. Use Rise for micro learning for easy navigation and access to other resources.
Gives me other ideas or ways to approach training and use it a lot for knowledge checks and quizzes
Wish Storylines was a bit easier to use and better integration with Canva
Tested other platforms and this is the easier to use
