Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
In our org we use Articulate 360 to develop trainings for role specific needs. The tool itself allows us to work at a fast paced and to make edits to trainings in realtime as processes and tools adapt and change.
Pros
- Easy to use and get started. You don’t need a ton of experience to build successful trainings
- Easy to edit content after it is published
- The review tool allows SMEs access to provide detailed feedback
Cons
- Articulate360 courses have a very distinctive look and feel. It would be nice to be able to more easily customize content without having the coding skills.
- Improved speed to content launch
- Reduced number of resources required to create a professional training
Storyline allows for more flexibility within creativity when creating a training. Rise allows for newer learning professionals to create training without having much experience as an ID.
