Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We utilize Articulate 360 to create LMS courses for front line end users. Articulate 360 does a great job ensuring knowledge retention, and helping train our teams digitally across the country

Pros

  • Continous improvement

Cons

  • Very complex - takes time to learn all functions
  • sometimes it freezes or doesn’t save
  • Intended action doesn’t perform as expected
  • Decreased training cost
  • Consistency amongst teams
  • Accessibility features
We only use Articulate 360, but I am looking into utilizing the rest of the suite

Articulate 360 is great for front line position training, and has the capacity for soft skills. Articulate 360 is good at knowledge retention, but less with hands on skill building.
