Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

Articulate 360 for our organization has been used to make compliance training, accessible and convenient for an employee group by creating online modules, they can complete throughout the workday instead of holding bi-annual ILT training.

Pros

  • Simplified review ability for SMEs

Cons

  • Rise 360 needs ability to play voiceovers upon clicking on the slide instead of hitting the play button
  • More diverse photos and videos for more industries in the content library
  • Decreased training cost
  • Faster content development
I use Rise 360 and Storyline interchangeably, depending on the topic. For example, to keep branding consistent, I input slides into Rise from Storyline or create videos in Storyline to upload into Rise.
Ease of use as the new user is the greatest benefit.
The minimalist design and components being at your fingertips so that they are easily discoverable while you create.
It is light years ahead of Adobe Captivate with way better functionality and design capability.
