Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
Articulate Rise is a wonderful product to easily transition content you might have had in Word or PowerPoint into a real online module with interactions. Over the last year, we have been generating more and more content throughout our organization using Articulate Rise. The users like the "book" feel of it and the developers like how easy it is to work in and add images and interactions. All of our software-created training has utilized Articulate Rise since we started using it.
Pros
- Easy to use
- Simple UI
- Quick to learn
- Always marks complete in LMS
Cons
- I think it struggles a little being screen-reader friendly
- Image sizes are challenging sometimes to get right
- Storyline blocks mean you need to make sure you don't delete them from Articulate Rise
- We have been able to share the work of content creation across the organization
- We are creating content with a consistent user experience
- Faster to develop
