Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis HR

The support seems good.
We use Ascentis across the whole company. Primary use is for HR files, timekeeper, and payroll.

Pros

  • Company employee profiles
  • Payroll
  • Personnel records

Cons

  • The timekeeper is not as easy as the rest of Ascentis.
  • Not sure, but it's better than what we had before. ADP and no electronic personnel files.
I liked Ultimate better because its timekeeper and ATS are not thrd-party contractors.
Well suited for:
1. Managing personnel files.
2. Payroll
Not well suited for managing time-off request for subordinates. Timekeeper is not as easy to use as the rest of Ascentis.
