Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis HR
It is used for open enrollment of benefits and employees may use to update changes in their benefits. However, we then must take those changes and input them into another payroll system which payroll is prepared from.
- Ease of use for employees
- Identifies the person making the change and the date
- Works well with our benefit set up
- Report running-need to start over again when wanting an excel and PDF form
- would like to see list of benefits on one page instead of several
- Positive. I understand the previous system was paper and pens and excel spreadsheets.

ADP is a complete system. The county only selected Ascentis to ease employee enrollment, and not for payroll preparation.
I used their support once, and they answered my question.
