Neos Pro

Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

I like to use NEOS to organize my deadlines and the expenses in my cases. Both can easily get away from you when not managed properly. The Outlook integration notifies me twice a day of all upcoming deadlines, while I get notifications of cases reaching max spending. The records tab lets me track all pending requests my assistant handled without me having to dig through our files and summaries to see what is pending and what has been obtained.

Pros

  • Generating memos that compile expenses, settlements, advancements, and medical incurred.
  • Easy integration with outlook and adobe.
  • Customizable fields for different deadlines.
  • Spreadsheets for every occasion.
  • Staying ahead of deadlines.

Cons

  • Creating different reports that meets criteria.
  • Organize the calendar by date. Seems to have a bug that doesn't allow it to do it properly.
  • I would like to organize the value tab easier.
  • Staying ahead with integrated calendar entries.
  • Managing discovery deadlines.
  • Redefining the way expenses, costs, and fees are organized.
This software deserves a ten not only because of the quality of the product you will get a the point of purchase, but also because it always improving on its features constantly. This software was very easy to learn compared to other programs that requires a prolonged acclimation time. I think it says a lot to have a tab or a spreadsheet for every instance in the litigation process.
Neos stands out strongly against other case management software programs due to its consistent and frequent updates. Most software updates occur once a quarter or even once a year. I feel like I'm receiving a message from Neos Assembly once a week, advising that a new feature is in the beta stage or is now live as a complete new addition.

Did Assembly Neos live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Would you buy Assembly Neos again?

Yes

I think document generation needs to be fine-tuned. It isn't really user-friendly at the moment, but that can change. I would begin by allowing drag-and-drop functions to place adoptable fields within generatable documents. One thing NEOS does well is tracking record requests and expenses. You have dates, locations, and even methods for each type. I think being that versatile is where NEOS excels. There is a lot that can be done, but it doesn't tell you outright what it can do or how to do it.
