We've had a few challenging experiences (difficult implementation, fair to below adequate support, premium price tag, etc...) with Adobe Analytics in the years prior to choosing AT Internet. While Google Analytics offered a free price point for us to consider, it would have been extremely challenging to have our specific use case needs (and the needs of our digital partners) met.
The entire team at AT Internet has been outstanding in their level support. From the discovery/evaluation phase through implementation and to day-to-day, our voice has always been heard and we have felt like a partner with them as opposed to a client-vendor relationship. Not only do we access their Support Team in a number of ways, they also maintain a comprehensive Help Centre online.
