Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet

We are a service provider specialized in Content Management supporting our customers with the setup of AT Internet since last November. This includes the setup of Dashboards, Campaign Support, etc.

Pros

  • Short response times

Cons

  • Feedback of support not always clear and reproduceable
  • Naming of metrics, elements, dimensions not always stringent
  • For Campaigns the parameter and naming in ATI differ
  • Dashboard design is not very flexible and buggy
  • Centrally maintainable datasets would be helpful when dealing with similar country website dashboards.
Feedback often needs further explanation, missunderstanding in the scope of the question. May be a language issue? Native speaker for each country would be helpful..
This was not our choice but the customer's.
AT Internet is good for basic statistics, but it is very complicated for more complex and individual statistical requests.

The Customer Support service is included in all customers' plans and is ensured by professional Digital Analytics Consultants for all users of the organisation, may you be one of their employees, a contractor or a service provider. Our promise is to provide this service in English, French, German and Spanish language, at the same level. If you feel that the necessary level of quality has not been met for one or more of your requests, we recommend that you contact us so that we can investigate further. Indeed, this kind of investigation will help us ensure we meet our engagements and continually improve our service. We are also in the capacity to personalise our service if necessary. Concerning the use of the tool, our Support Centre provides 30 minute one-on-one welcome demonstration sessions, to help you take the tool on board, and this for exactly what you need to do. If it could help, this could be organised by contacting us for you and some of your team members. When working as a service provider, we do relate to the difficulties of having to manage several different tools and are ready to support you as a user and partner.
