Atlassian Confluence - The Golden Child
Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian Confluence
Atlassian's Confluence provides us with the collaborative tools our organization requires to ensure a seamless decision making progress. Allowing us to easily create pages, documents and discussions are a breath of fresh air compared to the majority of tools in the market today. The integration with JIRA reduces not only time but the possibility of mis-communication since we are able to take an idea from concept to story with ease. The social media component allows ideas and decisions to be easily shared with all intended stakeholders across the globe without the need of scheduling meetings. Moving documents and conversations out of hard drives and email boxes has allowed for more transparency and greater efficiency in giving the teams the tools and information they need to succeed.

- Streamlined processes
Sharepoint is always the go to option. It is clunky, cumbersome and frustrating. There are no redeeming qualities.
