Overall Satisfaction with AtTask

  • Provides excellent visibility on projects in terms of tasks, resources, tracking and hours.
  • Some very helpful features including timesheet (great for weekly planning), internal and external requests creation, dashboard (provides instant project status).
  • Third-party integration: integrates with Google Apps and SharePoint among other applications.
  • Learning curve. So many features to learn which can require 1 to 2 days of training.
  • Sometimes experienced latency / loading issues with the web interface.
  • It's a very user friendly and intuitive tool. Helped dramatically in increasing productivity across teams and providing great visibility to business owners.
AtTask is a powerful tool. that makes a lot of sense in any Agile environment. It is loaded with a ton of features. By using technology it can help achieve the same purpose as meetings while spending less time
talking and more time getting things done.
AtTask probably makes the most sense for medium to large companies with large teams working multiple projects in a fast-paced fashion.
