Used to manage complicated tasks that linked multiple departments.
Pros
- Automatically notify people of task status
- Allows upload/download of documents
- Allows many users/groups
Cons
- Interface can be clunky
- Very complicated drag point and click interface
- Difficult to edit long, in-progress tasks
- Easier to manage tasks
- Clear chain of responsibility
- Easy to manage sharing many documents
I am now using Basecamp, which has a more simple interface and is easier to set up.
