Overall Satisfaction with Authorize.Net
When our donors call in to make a donation, we use Authorize.Net to complete credit card transactions. In addition, donors who receive our annual report can send back a remittance envelope with their credit card information written on it, which we then use Authorize.Net to process. Lastly, we have fees for some of our services and have thought about using Authorize.Net to allow people to pay fees with a card instead of cash.

- Authorize.Net has processing fees that take away from our overall donation amount
- Authorize.Net did not integrate with our WordPress website donation form, so we had to find another credit card processing service for online donations

Our donor database, Bloomerang, partners with Stripe for donation forms. This has made Stripe a more user-friendly and viable option for donation processing. We are currently planning to switch over to Stripe, but at this time use PayPal to process donations.
