Overall Satisfaction with Automation Anywhere
Automation Anywhere is used widely across my organisation for automation of various processes to reduce manual repetitive tasks. There are several processes which were manual like sending status reports/emails/failure emails. We were able to remove all of these with RPA Automation Anywhere. It helps to automate the processes related to web/desktop/Citrix and database related processes.
- AA helps to automate SAP Applications /VDI applications.
- It helps in finance/banking processes to handle invoicing and other activities.
- Features like Object cloning/smart recorders help to achieve functionality which is better than other products.
- It is not able to use OCR effectively and has limited usability.
- Handwritten documents are still a drawback. Also difficult in terms of control room management.
- Reducing project cost by removing manual efforts and the workforce can be utilized more effectively.
- Hours of manual efforts are saved due to the RPA technology which results in good ROI.
It is easy to use and learn Automation Anywhere. A good learning track is available to know about various functionalities. Drag and drop functionality for commands help to work quickly with Automation Anywhere.
