Overall Satisfaction with Automox
We use it to deploy updates and some side IT subjects with Worklets. it helps us stay in control with all of our endpoints and servers.

Pros
- Taking care of updates for all of our operating systems, Windows, Linux and MacOS
- have a wide range of 3rd party database to update
- great Worklets field that keeps growing monthly
Cons
- I think active updates implementing reports should have more information
- away to update endpoint users before closing 3rd party apps when updates are being deployed
- We have a wide visibility of all the endpoints, even some that wasn't active for a long time. and got update in the minute they turned on
We feel and know that we're well secured using Automox on our endpoints, while it updates the 3rd party apps automatically, even if we didn't know about security issues that pops up here and their with some of them and got patched right away when a new version comes up.
In my opinion, Vicarious wasn't mature enough, and couldn't handle Linux OS properly.
