Overall Satisfaction with Automox
We use Automox for updates and vulnerability patching. We have a small team and really needed an easy product to deploy and manage. We switched from using SCCM which had more options and configuration than we had time to maintain and love the simplicity of Automox.

- A little more customization into who gets and update and when
- Remote support is a little slow for connection
- We have had a 27% reduction in vulnerabilities.
- We can assist our employees even if they are not on the VPN which has been a big help.
- Reduced total time spent on troubleshooting failed or missing patches.
We are experiencing a much more complete and failproof push of the patches and patching vulnerabilities quickly and effectively.
